Cindy,
In Orange and Osceoa counties, and I believe everywhere else in Florida, you
can buy syringes and infusion sets (Central Forida Pharmacy and the Diabetes
Supply Store, both on Orange Ave in Orlando have them on the shelf, over the
counter) without a perscription.  Great for weekend emergencies...  I
haven't been out to Melbourne in a while, but I may be going out there this
week.  Is there anywhere out there that may have pumping supplies avaiable?
