I also use the Accu-Chek complete and love the meter.  To enter your HbA1C
values: 1.First turn meter on; 2.Go to edit/enter data,press enter; 3.
Highlight HbA1C from the bottom of the list, press enter; 4.Press enter for
new time or choose a time you already tested your blood sugar for; 5. Press
edit and enter the correct information; 6. Press save to save the data, if
you don't the information will not be saved for future reference.
Try the new comfort curve strips.  they make blood testing so much easier.
No mess on top of the strip to smear on the table if the strip flips over.
