rona: yes, i experience the lows in the a.m.  i exercise regularly.  at night,
before i go to bed, i eat a nite bite.  this is a slow release carbohydrate
food.  it is the only thing that keeps my bg from going low in the morning.
you can get them from your pharmacy.  they taste pretty bad, but they work for
me.  ellen
