Sam,

Understandable jitters.

I'm generally pretty unstable (or my insulin needs change rapidly) and
gastroparesis doesn't help since I often don't get my meals when I eat them.
The pump is the only thing that has ever come close to working.  But it will
work as well as you customize it to you swings.
