Any files place in or below your public_html directory may be accessed on the web site by appending a tilde "~" and your user name to the webserver name. If your user name was michael then you would type http://www.bzs.org/~michael/ in your browser URL window to access your personal web site. Try it, and you will see the directories and files in my public_html directory.
